Not only did the cake taste great (when I finally relented and allowed it to be cut up for people to eat!!) but I was really impressed with the way it looked and the fact that you had gone a step beyond what I had asked for by adding a West Ham tie – it was a great addition. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know who needs a cake for a special occasion as the care and thought you put into it was second to none.
